What to Bring

  • Favorite yoga mat - although we mats here, there’s nothing like one’s own mat
  • A sweater - it can get a little chilly at night and in the morning from December to April
  • Musical instruments and iPods
  • Sunscreen and mosquito repellent - we recommend coconut oil and we provide citronella bracelets
  • Beach clothes, bathing suit, sunglasses and flip flops
  • Sneakers to go hiking
  • A notebook if you feel inspired
  • Books that you wish to read
  • Money: ATM card and visa card is most important. USD and pesos are optional, pesos for your airport taxi would be helpful 
  • Alarm clock to get up for your morning yoga practice
  • Cameras, GoPro or video-camera
  • Smiles, good intentions and a will to get fit - there are many stairs on the property as we’re built on a steep terrain

 

What Not to Bring

  • Yoga props - we have blocks, straps and meditation cushions
  • Cell phones, tablets or computers if you want to make this week about disconnecting and find internal peace
  • Stress and bad vibes - don’t worry, they will melt down the moment you walk into the jungle
  • Hairdryers - we have some here
  • Soap and shampoo - we provide guests with high quality products
  • Towels - we will provide you with shower and beach towels
