About Kelsey

Kelsey has been teaching yoga for 6+ years and has most recently completed her 300-hour training with Laughing Lotus in NYC, focused around creative sequencing, yin, chakras, and bhakti yoga, and is currently training in the theory of Katonah Yoga. Kelsey’s teaching is ever-evolving and she loves to find new ways to creatively challenge and connect with her students. Whether they’re flying or falling, she’s there to create a supportive environment and lead them with laughter.

Kelsey is the owner of Urban Om, a yoga studio located in Milwaukee, WI. She has led international yoga retreats to Aruba, and has loved the extra connection opportunities that yoga retreats provide.

Want flexibility? Our rates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable. However, by selecting “Yes, add flexible rate” from the Flexible Rate dropdown menu below, you can transfer your retreat, change your retreat date, or receive a 90% refund. Flexible Rate costs $100 per person and expires 15 days prior to your retreat date.
