About Tracie Sage

Tracie Sage is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Movement Therapist and Love Coach who has trained and practiced extensively for over twenty-five years. She brings it all together in teaching Wild Spirit Yoga, a heart opening practice to express the spirit within you. Tracie is highly regarded as a teacher’s teacher, leading transformational retreats in beautiful places in the USA and abroad since 2002. She shares her enthusiasm for life in practical and playful ways to inspire our deep listening and unfolding.
