About Shirley

Shirley Gallardo is a certified ERYT 200 hour yoga teacher with specialty in Vinyasa Chakra yoga. She has also taken courses such as Miracle Course (the first level of the Yuen Method) and the course of making eyes of God, mandalas and dream catchers. She’s one of the founders of de Espiral Yoga Estudio in Puerto Vallarta, where she does her consultations, yoga classes, meditations and workshops.

Her main goal in life is helping people become peaceful in both mind and spirit.
