About Andrew

Andrew has taught workshops across Mexico combining his expertise as a YA RYT-200 Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic counselor and Breathwork facilitator. His AyurYoga classes make space for every student to explore the internal experience of their body in the intersections of Vinyasa’s fluidity and Hatha’s introspection. Andrew aims to help students experience themselves as a calm body and creative soul, rather than a restless mind. He believes that only from this place of loving self-awareness can we honor our healing, cultivate deep-seated resilience and take truly compassionate action towards transforming our individual lives and shaping our collective future.
