About Sharon

Sharon Delbridge is from Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada) and has been a fitness professional and Yoga Instructor for over 14 years. She did her 200 hour teacher training, many modules and workshops with Maureen Rae. Her specialties include Yoga (Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, YIN and Restorative). Sharon also teaches a variety of fitness classes such as: Zumba, Barre, Spinning and Sculpt and Tone. She has taught a variety of age groups and every level of fitness from beginners to advance as well as in the active older adult’s community. In Winnipeg she teaches at The Yoga Barre, Rady Centre, Fifty Five Fitness and Patricia's Ballroom. She lives in Puerto Vallarta during the winter and has been teaching Yoga at Yoga Vallarta for the past 5 years.

Her love of health and fitness shines through her as she teaches her classes, inspiring everyone around her. Sharon moves through her day with lots of excitable energy because she has a huge passion and love for what she does.
