About Michelle

Michelle Nava, RYT 500, has a specialization in prenatal and postnatal yoga with babies and children. Michelle is originally from Mexico City where she was born and raised until the age of 19. She then moved to New York where she received her Hatha Level I and II certification at the Integral Yoga Institute. Later, back in Mexico City, she expanded her practice with a teacher training at Rainbow Yoga Kids.

As a result of her pregnancy, Michelle began to deepen her practice of prenatal yoga, feeling the need to share this practice with future mothers. After the birth of her first child during her postpartum, she realized the great need for support and accompaniment for first-time and postpartum mothers. This lead her to the practice of postnatal yoga with babies, primarily to create support circles in parenting, breastfeeding and everything related to motherhood.
