About Ricky

I have been teaching more than 20 classes a week in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada since 2005. I have taught and continue to teach individuals at any stage in their journey. I teach and practice many styles of yoga including ashtanga yoga, vinyasa(flow) yoga, Bikram’s(hot) yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, arm balances & inversions and more.

Living in Canada we experience long winter months and can benefit from a getaway to warmer climates. A week with me will definitely help make it through another frigid season. I am passionate about yoga and have dedicated a significant amount of time learning the craft. I can’t wait to share my knowledge, challenge and help individuals take their practice to new levels. This will be done through deep introspective work that comes from regular practice. I will share lots of active and passive approaches to aid in ones development and healing.
